I first discovered Shamanism during a major healing crisis. The issues I had to face and heal were numerous, one of the manifestations of the illness took the form of a physical ailment where I was in so much pain I could barely move. After years of trying traditional western medicine I turned to acupuncture and eventually found Shamanic energy medicine. I realized during my journey that I was being initiated into the Shamanic path and came to understand how to transmute my pain and suffering into gifts of healing.
I have learned and practice the medicine wheel traditions of the Amazon and the High Andes. My study is particularly focused on the Peruvian Q'ero tradition adapted by Dr. Rachel Mann and her teachers, Dr. Alberto Villoldo of the Four Winds Society and spiritual teachings of Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo. I also learned from the spiritual teachings and principles of Buddhism and Native American Shamanic traditions.
I am a graduate of the great medicine wheel of the new earth: school of mother earth mysticism and have practiced Shamanic energy medicine for the past 8 years.
I continued to study and practice intensively with Deb Heisel, an incredibly powerful Shamanic healer who has studied with many teachers, including Peter Bonaker and the Four Winds Society. I receive healing and guidance through her and engage in ceremony for the healing of all beings. I also study with Michael Wolfarth, a Shamanic healer and Shiatsu practitioner. I care more about a being receiving the best possible healing, so if I feel they are a better match, I refer clients to Deb or Michael. For example, if a client is suffering with intense body pain, I refer them to Michael.
It would be my great honor to assist you along your healing journey. My intention is to return you to a peaceful state, empower you in your spiritual sovereignty and restore you to a state of balance.

This is what I feel days after the healing. The healing was revealing for me. I sincerely loved it. I enjoyed every part of it. It was like being in heaven. And I need many more sessions if that would be possible. To be honest, I was a bit doubtful while on my way, but as the session began and progressed, I saw myself flying and going deep into my core being. The songs, the words of kindness penetrated me deeply and I felt more relaxed at the end of the healing. During the healing, Lizzie said some troubling truths about me. While I was a vendor at the Cosmic Contact Conference over this past weekend, I met Lizzie Murdter who did a mediumship (reading) with me. I told her I wanted to hear from my dad, as there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about him.
